getting the right title company assigned was super difficult and took over 30 days. Everything else was very smooth. Even still, the whole process took less than 60 days.
Aimee was great to work with and was always kind, patient and accurate.
Communication...there was pretty much none. Pretty tough getting through to a loan officer. Once I was connected, that went ok getting prequalified and such but once it got pushed to loan specialist, it was pretty much silence. I reached out and there were no updates, communcation on closing etc. I then received disclosures with a closing date that was way off the September date originally communicated. There wasn’t a call to explain or even see if it works. Docs were off And never got updated
