I was satisfied with working with Hermes, to be clear. He was helpful and responsive. However, there were many times throughout the process that the "infrastructure" of PennyMac of the closing process seemed to get in the way. Hermes would help as much as possible, and often did help bypass many obstacles. Certain things like requesting multiple times work verification became a hindrance that was a major inconvenience to us, as well as several missed appointments by the mobile notaries.
PennyMac made the streamline of the VA loan go very easy. Marisol and Ed were very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you!
