The weekly check-ins were extremely helpful and convenient. However, I had two questions which I communicated via email to the email address provided that were never addressed. I received the automated response indicating that my inquiry has been received aba would be processed, and yet after three or more weeks, I still never heard back and had to struggle to find a phone number which would connect me to a human in order to have my question addressed.
We have had several home mortgages and Pennymac is superb.
Paulette always kept me updated every week and/or when new information was obtained. She informed me as to what is required of me and when. Always up front with facts and accurate. She was always professional and a pleasure to talk to.

Liem was excellent and always got back to me. The underwriting team was terribly slow and took about a month and a half to get to signing from the day I sent final documents in. Liem is really good but underwriting was terrible. They also spelled my name wrong on one of my loans.
