We chose to apply for the refinance with Penny Mac because of an earlier experience and exceptional customer service. We were disappointed in the length of time to process this loan (over 10 weeks), at the repeated requests for the same documentation, and at the delays in getting a phone call or email answered. Our expected closing was delayed 5 days as the documents had been prepared incorrectly and had to be redrawn. We understand you are busy, but this was unacceptable.
Great experience with the penny Mac team. Very helpful polite and caring during the whole process. Would definitely use them again in the future.
