After I found a better offer, PM matched the rate and beat the competitor by $600 in fees. It pays to shop around, but being able to stay with the same company ultimately made things easier for us all. Communication between myself and the PM rep was always good during the process. Highly recommend.

Every step of the process was clearly explained. Loan team communicated regularly so we knew where we were in the process. There was a difference in the payment quoted and actual payment on documents day of signing.

The process was very difficult for a while, but Mrs. Sandra Beinveidez was great. In the prequalification process there should be a way to let someone know if they' re debt to income ratio is to high. But again Mrs Sandra and her manager worked well with me. I am really thankful for there compassion and willingness to work hard for someone that they have never met. Thanks for all that they are doing and helping change lives.
