Saviz and Liem were great. Even when we had a horrible experience with our notary trying to sign closing documents.
The solar panels are leased. I pay a fee based on energy use and if I dont pay they remove the panels. I sent you 20 pages of the contract, then you wanted to know how much my payment was every month. It is a utility bill, based on energy use.
The refinancing process with PennyMac was very pleasant. Our loan specialist, Lauren Aslin was fantastic. A speedier process would have been my only request.
