Worst experience I ever have. 10 weeks to close the loan. Asking for same documents least 3 times. Wrong SS# . Cancel closing and no one told me. Second closing documents filled wrong. You guys need to really step up and train people do things right in the first place. Communication take 72 hours on every email . When I call no one ever pick up or call you back. Took least 72 hours get phone call back . I can keep going. I would pay $1000 more easy to go with some else before I do this again.
I LOVE pennymac. When we wanted to refinance our home to lower our monthly payment we didn't look anywhere else than pennymac. We have always had the best experience working with them when we bought our home 3 years ago. It's the best lender company in my opinion.

The point of contact assigned was not knowledgeable of basic information about closing documents. Questions had to be referred to loan officer delaying answers. All phone calls to PennyMac were automatically routed to Jasmine who was unable to answer the questions. As a customer I had no option of contacting another advisor or supervisor. When told questions were elevated to supervisor there was no follow up from the supervisor. When asked multiple questions Jasmine became short and rude.
Better communication- if someone is going to return Jason’s call they should be able to answer questions. I never did get an explanation for the amount the I paid to close. Communication was very poor
The process was simple and fast. Jason was very good to work with.
Was pretty seamless. Hard to get a hold of someone at one point but answers were gotten and worked out fine.
