Working first with Royal and then Ceista was great. They were very patient with me, answered all my questions and the time frame for the different stages of the refi process were all explained very well. Great experience with both of them.
Somebody cancelled my loan and I had to start over.
The whole refinance process from the beginning to the end was very fast and easy. I literally submitted everything I needed for the refinance in less than 10 minutes time. Ms. Sharyl Freeby was also great. She even answered my questions about setting up automatic payments. The whole experience was fantastic!!!
Shaitrice was great when she became my loan processor. When dealing with my prior things were always communicated that they were going smoothly even though my closing was pushed back. As soon as Shaitrice became my processor she connected with partners to get my loan finished. She did a great job
Our closing was cancelled twice with no call or communication letting us know. We ended up paying more at closing due to the company not considering us the customer.
Loan refinance process was hassle free and we got a great rate!
Went over 2 weeks with no updates on loan. Hard to contact loan people. I thought they forgot me.
The loan documents were completed and the expectation of closing before the August payment was due were excellent. However, when it was taking too long I sent Eddie a message and he responded the next day and apologized to me for the delay because of the volume of loans in process, which wasn’t my problem. I expected to skip two payments and now I’m under duress to find ways to pay bills from the expected extra income. That’s why I’m so disappointed!
This was a simple refi. Minimum effort on both ends required and everything went as planned.
