Some issues with not wanting an escrow for taxes and insurance but Juan kept working to get it resolved.

Quick, painless, responsive to requests
For the most all was very good. The response to my questions (emails) was slow. Alll and all it went well. One suggestion, with people working remotely, their phone numbers when calling clients should reflect they are calling from PennyMac. UNKNOWN calls go unanswered most often at least with me. Thank you.
We were extremely pleased with our experience through our loan process. Sarah and all the staff were very professional, knowledgeable and kind. We have to say, it was the easiest closing we have ever done.
