Excellent, professional and kept us up to date every step of the way.
Everyone was very nice and called you every week or emailed you and told you what was going on and if they need anything . It went very fast without any problems would use them again.
I felt like it was difficult to get in touch with them. They never answered an email I sent and I have a toddler at home so email is easier. I had to call repeatedly and finally I would get an answer. We were told to have another person at closing and then the person who came for the signing told us that wasn't necessary. I am happy the process is completed and glad that everything got situated.

I was guided through the refinance process the entire way. I had support the entire time and someone was in constant communication with me. The entire process was very quick and seamless.
Great rate and great refi experience....about 30 days from application to funding. Probably helped to remain with same lender for this process.
We had nothing but problems with Miss Hernandez and she lied to my wife about me (check the phone recordings). She needs to find another career. If it had not been 2 months since we had started the process we would have canceled and went somewhere else.
Rosario was very personal and helpful. She wasn’t merely doing a job, she was assisting a family in a life transition. My father was battling COVID-19 and although he passed away only 4 days after our closing, she always asked about him. We knew she cared for us and shared our excitement about our our new home.
This is the third time that Penny MAC has serviced a home loan for me. All of the employees are friendly, informed and efficient. Jamie Wright was so prompt and helpful and the whole closing went through smoothly. The title agent was impressed with the documents and the timeliness . I recommend Penny MAC often. Just no negatives for me!
