We were not happy having to deal with so many different people from start to finish. In the past we used our own lender prior to our loan being bought by pennymac and dealt with ONE person during the entire process. We had interactions with not less than four people from Pennymac. The man who ended up being our primary contact did not make us feel confident in his knowledge or ability to serve us well. We would not want to use him again. He seemed to be confused and forgetful.

The MyMAC Team wouldn't return my emails or calls that i had with questions. I gave them my number several times and they kept calling my wife's number, who isn't even on the loan. They had my old mailing address from 5 years ago on the closing documents. They had my old home phone number, which doesn't even exist anymore, as the contact number on the closing documents. Not a good experience at all.

Thank you for making the loan process done quickly and accurately. I did have a great experience. I definitely come back or refer to friends and family when the need arrive.

Once the initial communication was transferred to the loan officer the communication was poor, I needed to resubmit paperwork, then when I called with questions she was not very happy about my questions and I even had a threatening email regarding canceling my approved loan. Sadly, no the best experience. However I understand that we are leaving in stressful times but I’m a frontline RN and I have stressful job, but I still try my best to be careful with my communication style.

More prompt updates to my inquiries (had to wait over 1 week to hear back) and it took nearly 2 months to get a correction made to the loan amount. I'm patient so it wasn't too big of a deal and I wasn't in a particular rush to close but I did want to ensure that things were accurate and correct and it took longer than ideal to get that correction and confirmation of accuracy.
