The documentas you guyts require that you already had. asking for more then what i can give you. asking for twice as much for payrol check stubs when you had them at the beginnig of thew loan staus. Overall you guys are to much. And its not Patrick faults he just had to deal with the underwritting team as he call you. Patrick was awsome through the whole loan process. Also everytime when we were about done you guys would want something else. I was already to give up on you guys and go with someo

Due to the current environment I am sure that there are not as many employees working full time so I expect that there will be wait times for receiving help, but when I call in to receive help if I am not speaking to the person who is assigned to helping me with my loan processing and closing then basically I am speaking with a secretary to let them know that I called. That's what voice mails are for. I expect a manager to be able to see and at least have the same or more authority in helping
