The weekly check-ins were extremely helpful and convenient. However, I had two questions which I communicated via email to the email address provided that were never addressed. I received the automated response indicating that my inquiry has been received aba would be processed, and yet after three or more weeks, I still never heard back and had to struggle to find a phone number which would connect me to a human in order to have my question addressed.

The initial application process was great. There wasn’t much communication after the internal process began. I had to ask for revised documents multiple times. Our closer was 4 hours late at our house we signed docs at 10pm and we were scheduled for 6pm. Overall communication and promptness could have been a lot better.

Will Langhagen and Yester Gazdjian were both great! I received accurate information and prompt responses to my questions. I could not have asked for a better experience. The whole process down to the closing was handled very smoothly.

All members of the team did a great job of taking me through the Refi-Loan Process. Nancy Olivas was very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions. That made it easier for me to understand and what was happening.

Liem was excellent and always got back to me. The underwriting team was terribly slow and took about a month and a half to get to signing from the day I sent final documents in. Liem is really good but underwriting was terrible. They also spelled my name wrong on one of my loans.
