We felt every part of the process was unpleasant. The whole process took 5 months to complete. The process took so long, that the original documents we supplied were no longer valid. We had to get all new documents. We once asked a question and got a response not answering our question. Then we asked the question again and did not hear back for over a month. It was awful. We will never do business with this company again.

The MAC team worked flawlessly to make my experience 5 star and would recommend to anyone who is wanting to refinance. The documents were accurate and all my concerns and questions answered in a timely and professional fashion. The complete process from beginning to end was like clockwork and i highly recommend Jenny G and David H to all my friends and family!

There was times contacting was hard due to loan officer being really busy. They did follow up and call back but having more to take care of the work load would help. Everything happened when it needed to be done but it didn't always feel like it would.

She was great. Unfortunately she wasn’t with me the entire time. It took about 3 extra weeks to close. Non of it her fault. She was timely and professional
