I would not say that the process was easy per se and I don't know that it all has to do with Liem Nguyen. He seemed to communicate well but several times he did not have accurate information and would need to apologize. I was also contacted by other people for paperwork that I had already given but the process had taken so long that I had to provide an updated copy ie: pay stubs and bank statements. Communication on Penny Mac's part with each other seemed lacking.

Close at the end of the month before mortgage payments come out. Otherwise you will be unaware your funds to close are gone.
