Prior to working with Patrick and Craig, our previous officer was not very responsive. We missed our target closing date three times due to lack of communication and responses. The officer would not communicate with me, but only with my fiancee despite numerous requests by both of us to change the primary communication party. Once Craig and Patrick joined, things moved more efficiently and we're finally able to close (albeit a month after we were originally expecting due the previous officer.

My original process with PennyMac had so many issues..Tim Carter who handled my loan was hard to contact n we had set up 3 closing dates & notary person never showed and he couldn't explain why? I spoke to a supervisor who guaranteed I would close on May 26th & would reverse the late fees on my loan..but neither happened. If it wasn't for Saviz Hatam who told me that the notes said I canceled my loan..He and spoke and it was because of him I tried again.. please know he's a great employee
We initially had a negative experience with the first loan specialist who was incompetent and unprofessional. We were strongly considering seeking assistance from another company. When we thankfully got reassigned to Shaitrice Culver, our experience changed for the better. Shaitrice was dedicated to helping us. She was always professional and competent. She had integrity and we are appreciative to the assistance provided. On behalf of my wife and myself, we say a big thank you to Shaitrice.
This is my third loan with PM, they have always been professional, and on time.
There was confusion with the homeowners insurance and the numbers were still wrong at closing, which made our monthly payments higher than expected. The refi process took over 60 days. Our processor was very nice & informative. He was also quick to respond to our concerns most of the time. Overall, I feel that a local lender could have done better.
Nathan worked quickly and promptly to questions I had and to get everything with loan and closing in order. Very pleased with PennyMac and look forward to working with now and in future. Nathan was very professional and kind I enjoyed working with him on our loan and closing.
Drew did a great job explaining the process and moving us along so that we stayed on schedule.
