It would have been better if I had the loan officer Tyler the entire time if I would have been able to close when I was scheduled. If I was not misguided by the team member “Kyle” who told me after the notary did not show up that I had to pay 1% extra on my closing because the month is now over and we are looking at a new month. When I first start the process it was good everything was smooth then it all went bad on PennyMac side. Manager Shaketta had to be call and got involved who was great.
Tony and Ben were wonderful to work with. They kept me informed every step of the way. They did everything they could to ensure a smooth process. The only issues we had were with the notaries-our closing had to be changed and moved a few times before finally closing.
