Excellent experience with everyone at Pennymac. I felt the information provided was easy to understand and my questions answered promptly. I was concerned how Covid-19 might affect the process but your technology made it easy to move the process along. The m.a.c team emails kept me informed of every step. Getting a response from Penny Mac people in a reasonable time. On my closing day nearly a week ago I called and left a voice mail along with emailing, 3 people. Paulette, Taylor, and the customer service got a supervisor involved. I have still not recieved a return call from any of these people. Very poor customer service.

It took more than 80 days. The closing papers were wrong. Molly and Moe both helped as much as they seemed to be able to, and helped rectify the above issues and offered lender credits, but all in all, it was a frustrating process.
