Corey and Letisia Gonzales were very helpful throughout the process. Whenever I put a call in to either one they would get back to me in a timely manner. Both Corey and Letisia were very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with.
Very happy, from start to finish, 1st with Mr. Gary Sahakian then he assigned our loan to Mr. Andrew Mortenson, they were both very responsible, prompt to answer, very professional and very patient and kind with me, with all my questions. They made my loan application less stressful and they are always reassuring. Thank you very very much.
We worked with Yester for closing and Donald to set up the loan package. We were surprised at how responsive, friendly, and quick they were. We expected hurdles and red tape with a big company like Penny Mac. At the beginning of this process, we were hopi g to get our refi done to move to a smaller bank. I am so glad we stayed with Penny Mac and did the refi through these agents. It could not have been simpler, easier to understand, or better for our budget. My grandpa had the same exPerience.
Everything went very well. Process however was slow. Every week I was notified about this and the current situation with the process, which was very comforting to me. Job very well done!
The title company used for closing was not organized. Traveling notary failed to show up at the scheduled closing time twice on closing day. Ended completing paperwork at 9pm on the day of closing.
Working with PennyMac Loan Services was excellent. From submitting our application through Bruce, to the loan process and working with Nancy. They answered all of our questions and helped us through the our loan by keeping us updated weekly. From our application to our closing everything went smoothly and it took 7weeks.
This process took months. We were asked the same question week after week and Ammie Mac did not give us a straight answer. The communication was not good. We kept trying and sending what she requested and then they would come back a week later with the same question. It was very frustrating. It was a waste of time.
I had to call in on multiple occasions for updates. I could never get ahold of eric, i ended up talking with his supervisor, and his supervisors supervisor. At one point I was told to hold on making my regular pmt because of Penny Mac delays and that i would close on the 10th. Closing was done 14 days later. I had to call in to find out documents submitted to the portal were not attached to the file continually delaying underwriting. Poor service, poor communication.
Great working with Penny a Mac, especially Ms. Brittingham—professional, timely and knowledgeable. Seamless experience for me.
