Communication. There was limited communication after the initial application. The issues only came at the end. I was never provided with a Loan Disclosure form to give final numbers. I was told two different "cash to close" numbers and when the notary FINALLY showed up at my home at 11pm, the number was different again. Again, i had no Loan Disclosure form to show the notary the inconsistencies in the numbers. Also, the closing was scheduled a week earlier and the notary no call/no showed.
My amounts were incorrect at close. I had to call numerous times to get a resolution.
Timely responsive service
The application to closing process was very smooth. I had no issues with Ceista. She’s a wonderful loan processor and clearly spoken.
Compared to my experience with NVR Mortgage, this experience was very unsatisfactory. Lack of communication made it very frustrating for me!

-was told title didn't clear, yet it did but a glitch in the system caused it to pause - no resolution or follow up from the team as to why not progressing - I had to constantly email, call and contact title to get momentum - day of doc signing we find out additional items needed to be provided and recorded - close estimate revised many times incorrectly - closing check sent in wrong name
Their number issue was communication. I was responsible for follow-up on my loan and its status; I spoke with many individauls that told me they were too busy to help me and most phone calls were never returned at all. The second issue would be that the data was inaccurate and not checked or verified before given to me. As an example my final Closing Disclosure paperwork changed 3 times due to errors I pointed out. I signed over two weeks ago and just a two days ago they sent me a 4th change.
