The application specialist made the procedure of applying for the loan feel smooth and comfortable. He was easy to communicate with and kept my wife and I laughing. Rosario answered all questions I had during the loan process and made sure that we didn't have any stresses or concerns when closing came.
Everyone I worked with at Pennymac was great, Rosario was very helpful and made our dream of closing on our new home early happen!
The communication process was cumbersome. The closing date had to be rescheduled because paper work at your end. I was advised incorrectly that my Ex wife didn't need to be at closing. The process to 4 months. Ridiculous!
My loan application was not smooth in the beginning due to long wait on the phone just to speak with a loan officer; however, after talking to a loan Specialist, everything went smoothly and my refinance loan was process very expeditiously. Thank you.
My overall refi experience with PennyMac was a very painless and quick. I am very pleased with the service provide by PennyMac.
