Closing was delayed to lack of communications from PennyMac. Did not return calls or emails with the title company or myself. We have purchased 10 homes over the last 40 years and this was the most stressful of all.

Zac was excellent to work with. This was a refi on a VA loan. This loan closed with an exceptional interest rate in less than 3 weeks. We are an existing PennyMac customer which has been excellent experience. The team made this process easy, simple, very clear communication and the next thing we knew our closer was on our porch with our closing documents to sign which took about 20 minutes.
