Xavier was very pleasant and pleasant. He was excellent in keeping me updated with the progress of my loan procedures and answered any of my concerns.
The service was great. Everything was communicated clearly.
Our loan officer Bryan Devore was very knowledgeable. He ran the numbers for the loan we were asking and he told us the savings on our current payment, what we could do with the extra money to pay off our current loan earlier, and the costs of the loan. He also took the time to go over pros & cons of our current loan & the refinance. His team was great including Elizabeth Estrada who closed our loan ahead of time. Communication was great & I always knew what was coming & what I was signing.
The entire process was virtually quick and painless. from the beginning with me inquiring on the PennyMac website to speaking with Jacob Rogers on a weekly basis, the appraisal and the actual signing of paperwork. I will definitely recommend PennyMac to my friends and family.
The process was fast and relatively painless. I learned a few things because of different specific state laws so make sure to ask about that. But otherwise, all went well and the process was completed in a timely and professional manner.
The ease of the process and how it was completed fairly quickly made this a great experience. I was also very happy with the overall cost of the refinance
