After completing the initial application to refinance, we received very little communication. Emails were sent stating that our application was being processed, but we received these exact same emails for several weeks with only a change in date for further communication. We reached out several times via email with questions, but did not receive responses. Only when calling the direct line to our contact were we able to get any information. Communication was not prompt or professional.

The loan team as a whole were always friendly and easy to work with, when you could get one on the phone. Call wait times were ridiculous. Tyler and Jordan were very friendly and great to work with. I feel like there are just too many people working on one loan and things get lost easily. Had to send documents multiple times because of time lapses. The closing process was an absolute disaster took four separate times to get someone to come out and close, received no calls or communication.
