Maxwell Maxwell was very great and very prompt.. Always returning emails & my calls in a timely matter. The only thing that I was not happy was with the closing cost, it kept changing but Max was very helpful , understanding, & had lots of patience. But when I was signing final paperwork, I never received final breakdown on everything. So when notary was there to sign final paperwork, I couldn't ask questions and signed them blindly, I wasn't very happy with that.
The refi went smooth. Was pleased that everything that was told to me was factual. Took a little longer then expected but no fault with my loan officers. They touched base every week and keep me updated. JOB WELL DONE, THANKS

Working with Max was great, he kept me informed about my refinance loan on a weekly basis and some things I wasn't sure of he explained in detail so that i could understand. 5 star
Overall, I had a great experience. Everardo assisted me in getting my rates set in place and Molly assisted and updated me throughout the loan process. I was updated weekly on the progress by Molly and she was very easy to get in touch with by phone if I had questions. The loan process took slightly longer than I had anticipated due to the high volume of loans at the moment, but Molly consistently was on the ball, communicative, and I never felt forgotten or neglected.
We were able refinance from 5.25% down to 3%, resulting in significant monthly savings and a brief break even on closing costs. The process was expedient and convenient.
Michael Felton did a great job! Very personable and easy to talk to. Made process go smoothly!
