PennyMac is great
The closing was scheduled three times. The first time, I received no notification of any problems. At closing time, the notary called me to let me know that they had not received the closing documents from P-mac and it would not be happening. P-mac said they needed the last 2 yrs of tax returns for my business. I had asked from the beginning if this was needed and was told they were not. The second time it was scheduled, same thing, different reason. Finally, the third time, it worked.
