Anna and Tony could not have been more eager and supportive in our purchase of our home. During the COVID pandemic, closing on a home while purchasing a home across the country we were always confident in our team and their desire to get us to the "finish line." We have our dream home thanks to Penny Mac, especially Anna and Tony.

Diana Rogel deserves a lot of credit here. Diana was my first contact and was as professional and knowledgeable as could be imagined. I wanted to stay with Diana throughout the entire process. She made me feel safe and always delivered the news, bad or good immediately and kept in constant communication. I missed her immediately once I was referred to the other parts of the process. Sandra was very good. The process was longer but not her fault towards the end.
