Working with John Buchanan, and PennyMac team was a wonderful experience. I was able to upload documents required during the evening time when it was most convenient for me. John and his team were very communicative, professional And prompt. They were always accessible if you had any questions either by email or phone. It was a wonderful experience to purchase my new house to PennyMac.

Belinda, did a great job of communicating and checking in. When I got stressed out she helped me calm down. She reassured me that it was all going to be okay. I was very pleased with her follow up and making sure that I was ready to close on time. Now I am enjoying my new home thanks to her service and compassion.
All in all the refi process was smooth and efficient, especially once a mac team coordinator was assigned to work with my wife and I. Kelly Lange was great--clear and informative, and responsive both by telephone and e-mail--and lent a human touch to what otherwise might have been an impersonal and stressful process. Hard to talk to someone when calling and when not speaking to my main point of contact the other associates not friendly and rude .
It was challenging for everyone because of the covid 19 pandemic but there wasn’t any problems
