I want to thank the AWESOME team at Pennymac for the seamless process online and on phone contact that made refinancing our home process easy, and offered great guidance throughout the entire process. I think the PennyMac team did a very good job. The closing documents weren't 100% accurate. Every set of documents we saw had different figures on them, but the final closing document figures were good and we were satisfied with the numbers. The guy who the title company had do the closing was blah. One of our neighbors. Wore his mask upside down, complained about mask mandates and made a few latently racist statements. Not sure what to do with that as he is my neighbor.
