The computer interface was easy to navigate and convenient. I just wish the loan offers were available during the process.

from the very beginning communication with Abigail Wilson was horrible. We was always trying to get in touch with her about our loan numbers etc... it was horrible all together with dealing with her. Cammorah Washington was a lil bit better at least she did call us at the beginning but she was no help dealing with numbers due to that was Abigail department which again would not return a call. This loan process was the worst i've ever experience and i have been through a few.
