My experience with PennyMac has been a pleasure. This is the first time I've owned a home and I think PennyMac's associates for making it so smooth. I enjoy the services with PennyMac so much I even refinanced my home locking in a lower rate.
1. Received someone else’s docs to sign 2. When requested to resend, received a response email with no docs at all 3. Received formal email from boss/manager related to missing documents 4. Before I got the documents in, received news “Loan is approved”. Happy, but confused! Docs weren’t really needed. 6. On closing date, was called by title company to say they didn’t have anyone available. Had to reschedule for next day. They forgot to take my check.
Faiza was excellent person to work with— she was knowledgeable, accommodating and responded promptly and accurately.. I enjoyed working with her which made for an easy loan refinancing process.
Marcia and the PennyMac Team were responsive and helpful throughout the process.
I had a great refinance experience. Ronsha was very knowledgeable and prompt to answer any of my questions. I didn't feel like I was being left out or uninformed throughout the entire process.

This was such an easy process. All the PennyMac representatives I dealt with were more than pleasant and helpful. Both Nekita and Andrew were great to work with. I would highly recommend PennyMac to anyone!
Brittany did well with follow up and clear and accurate communication. William Long was very professional and accurate as well. This time around the process was much easier, truthful and less chaotic.
