What made refinancing my home mortgage with PennyMac Loan Services a “Great” experiences was the speed and smoothness of the whole process. The PennyMac personnel was very polite and responded to any questions I had right away! The entire closing experience was conveniently done at home. I highly recommend PennyMac Loan Services to anyone interested in buying or refinancing a house.
I know that volume of incoming applications were high plus effects of the pandemic may have slow the refinance process to a complete halt, but I still believe that the process should have been a little faster.
