We were set up for a closing at a certain date and the notary came to the house, and was prepared to do the closing. The paperwork was incorrect from the beginning to the end. So he took everything back and we were told that they would reschedule another date for another closing in order to get all of the information correct. We had to continuously call them to find out what was going on this was totally unacceptable. A very bad experience.
Penny Mac was there all the way, if I needed support about anything ! My question where answered. And I was very nervous about the hole thing, refinancing is a great idea, and the money saved, monthly/ term of the loan it’s a no brainer ! And my loan person, Yester. Made me feel so comfortable.
