I’ve purchased and/ or refinanced several homes over the years and this refinance was the easiest and most professional I’ve ever experienced.
Unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience using PennyMac for refinancing a home mortgage. The beginning process seemed great. The service I received right out to the gates appeared great. The mortgage officers appeared super friendly, informative and efficient. They seemed to go out of their was to quickly respond to emails and phone calls with questions and concerns I had regarding my loan. We are now 3 months after closing and now realizing this is actually a nightmare. Very disappointed
