Ruben Rauno was exceptional, he was professional and helped me greatly. if I was president of the company I would promote him to Leticia's Spot and let her go. She was very strict, followed rules no matter what and was like dealing with an emotionless robot. she only cared about procedures and protocols not me or my family as individuals. One situation I had to reach out to Greg Baserra (sorry if I botched the name) to explain because Leticia simply did not care to understand my situation.
From the phone application to the signing of the documents, all has gone well and easily, giving us a great refi percentage rate.
