She was, as well, a pleasent voice on the phone. May not seem like much but her friendly demeaner is not the norm in customer service yet she makes it look easy. That alone is reason enough for me to stay with Pennymac

The process took 5 months. There was no direct Contact number to communicate and if emailing then it took a week for each response. I got numerous closing documents. I had mixed messages about subordination and didn’t know if it was going ahead or not. It was recommended to try for subordination and then the application got denied. Communication was not clear. The time difference also made communication difficult.
Very easy process. I will definitely stay with PennyMac if I decide to refinance again in the future.
