I refinanced my home loan during a global pandemic. That statement alone would be enough to make a person believe that the process must have been difficult, but only the contrary was true. Everyone I spoke with from the PennyMac team had my information up-to-date which made the process that much easier. I never felt like my information was mishandled. I felt reassured and supported every time either Michael Thompson or Jordan Smith called or emailed me. The process was easy. Thank you PennyMac.

I give PennyMac a five star rating especially during this time of a pendemic. They answered all my questions and needs promptly. It was a stress free process. All of the people, I talked to on the phone were courteous, professional, and friendly. If I buy another house, I'll use PennyMac again.

I was not given proper information, the day of signing my closing documents the numbers didn’t add up, no processing officer would answer the phone, people lied

I was never able to call my loan officer with any questions or concerns. There were issues at closing where Pennymac told me to be at the Title Co, even though they had failed to send all the required documents yet. Also apparently my Mac team rep “was out sick” and when I called I could only reach his voicemail, and I have still yet to receive a single response from any of the many messages I left. At closing the payment amount went up $60 higher than what was on the original closing docs.
