Very easy process. I will definitely stay with PennyMac if I decide to refinance again in the future.
The process of refinancing through Penny Mac was very easy and happened quickly! Everyone I worked with from start to finish was excellent.
Friendly staff, questions were answered in a timely manner. Although one of the documents in closing were incorrect. Was asked multiple times for documents due to how long closing took.
The process was easier than I expected, everything explained clearly, excellent communication verbally and electronically, it was definitely a pleasure working with Greg Johnston!!
