We had a wonderful experience refinancing with PennyMac. The service was amazing and the process was very smooth. We had all our questions answered in a timely fashion and there was constant communication to make sure all of our needs were met. Would highly recommend PennyMac for any loan services.

I had really hard time get in touch with my processor when needed. And even though she says she’ll call me back or give me an update she never calls back. I was notified 5 days before My closing day that there’s an issue and loan may not be approved! I called her or email her several times a day to make sure they have the doc. they need! No one tells me when they still need things from me! Even it’s 4 days before closing! My Closing doc were only ready the morning of closing day!

Fazia did great! However, there is a glitch in the system with sending out automated emails saying that items are needed when in fact they are not because I already submitted them. The extra amount of these emails became overwhelming and Fazia was the only one who communicated with me letting me know that everything was in and to just ignore emails unless I heard from her.
