MyEsha has terrible communication skills as I had emailed her countless times regarding emails I had received and wanted to ensure I did not leave anything out. The original person who took the time and broke down the numbers for me was magnificent and another female who I spoke to besides My"esha was terrific as well and had alot of patience. Overall, I am happy with my refinance.

Whole process was surprisingly fast. Website was very informative giving you the documents needed, how to upload it and the current status of process. Email response was slow but maybe that had tondo with time difference btn east and west coast. Overall, great and awesome experience. Thanks

Marley stopped answering emails or returning any of my calls. Very unprofessional. If I had any questions I had to back to my loan processor for help because she stop responding. John Farley was very helpful and took time to answer any questions I had.
