30 minutes prior to the time I was to sign the docs, I received word from the notary that the docs were not available. This happened on two different occasions. The title company discovered a small lien on the title that they hadn't discovered before. Waiting until the last minute to advise me created delay in signing, as well as creating a great deal of anxiety for us. Mr. Smith did a good job under the circumstances.
Always a quick response to any questions I had. Nathan explained things well.
