The only frustrating difficulty (that was thankfully resolved near the end of the process! : ) encountered was not being able to directly contact Sarah or other particular PM members by phone for info, or in response to questions. The Process for refinancing my VA Loan was extremely easy and fairly quick considering all of the things going on in the world with Covid-19. PennyMac provided excellent service dealing with me and refinancing my loan. I would recommend them to anyone looking to refinance their loans.
