All did as expected
Service was great! We knew exactly what was going on and were always given what we needed!
Better communication would’ve made this process a lot better. Everything was expected last minute, our closing time had to be delayed because paperwork wasn’t correct. Also, having a direct line phone number would have been nice to avoid going through an entire automated system.
We have had very good luck with Penny Mac and the service is always friendly and helpful.
A+ process all the way! Very pleased with the service of everyone involved!!
