Very pleasant and knowledgeable. David Kelly was, from the start, a great person to talk with. He was the reason I stayed with PennyMac despite a slightly better offer on the table from a competitor. It isn't always about a few dollars when you get service, knowledge, and person ability like I received with David Kelly.
