It was a simple, fast and easy experience.
Raveena was great. She was not the problem. The problems really came with the title company and notary service. I tried to write this all out but I am limited to 500 characters. Old Republic Title was awful The notary who showed up was awful. I would like to speak to someone about how horrible the process actually was.

The Virus was making it harder to meet all our obligations, our desire to lower the monthly payment resulted in contacting PennyMac to see what could be done. It was possible to lower our payment by several dollars a month. The process was done about a month before we thought it would. Thank You
I was pleased that some of my more basic questions were answered by the person who answered the phone and I did not have to always be transferred Carlton Blood.
I had previously spoken to another loan guy and applied back in March but nothing happened even though I had emailed the guys a couple of times! After waiting about 2 months of no info, I called again and found out from Arthur Tate there was nothing in the system anymore for some odd reason. He got me going, same day, soon after Carlton got me finished up quickly and with great customer service. That's what I need the first go around but, its done. Thank you all.
