Faster loan process and better updates in the progress. After we entered the loan approval phase, it took 6-7 weeks to get approval. So long that I was concerned about the 60 day rate lock. It is unclear why the process took so long and was never communicated clearly to me, even after it was approved. I had to request contact with a manager. Once I spoke to the manager, the loan was approved the next day.

It is a process with all the signing but the paperwork was thorough and there was no needing to backtrack to get any information. Having everything on a disc is nice.

I applied online and never heard anything until I called. Once I called, I basically had to go through all of the questions I had already answered online. After that things went smoothly - until closing - when it was canceled b/c closing documents weren't ready (all last minute). Then no one called me to reschedule and when I called you - my rep couldnt do it b/c according to the system, we had already closed - so, he had to get management to override it.
