Everyone took there time with us and made sure we understood every step of the process
I think i was lied to about the rate I was eligible for. I guess trustworthiness is a metric you should survey for, bc I don't feel how the calculations for rates and fees were transparently derived, but I'm too busy to fight. I think those numbers are mostly arbitrary and can change on the whim of the person putting them together.
It was great working with PennyMac.
Poor planning and misinformation about the closing process almost lead us to having to delay our signing. We had to escalate to a manager to get situation resolved. In addition our initial closing disclosure paperwork was incorrect. Really felt like we were working with a fresh, inexperienced team. Not thrilled with how PennyMac determined the value of our home in the process. Please contact me for additional information.
Considering my identity was stolen during this process makes me question the way things are ran between penny Mac and their signing agents.
The whole process went quick and very smooth. They also practiced social distancing.
The refinancing process with PennyMac went very smoothly. I definitely recommend them!
