The person that was sent out to so our appraisal was rude, constantly complaining about his job, wanted us to to the research for houses that were selling similar to ours and if he had to do it he might not find exactly what we had. I feel that that totally affected our loan. However the staff with PennyMac was great. The ratings are because of the appraiser.

During the process my property was inaccurately defined by your company as a mobile home; as a result I was provided a denial letter after previous approval. This resulted in a 4-6 week delay.

Tameka Wyatt made it great. I was actually pretty pissed off at PennyMac for moving slowly and not communicating, but then Tameka got involved. She kept me updated on the approvals, helped me verify that I had submitted all of the required forms, and helped coordinate the signing despite some confusion on the signing location. PennyMac is better off because of having people like Tameka on the team.
