I was happy to have your expedience and to be able to delay my next payment for 2 months. That is amazing. I can't stress enough how nice it was to take a 2 month break from my mortgage and pay off some debt. I think every customer would love that greatly. I think you should strive to do that more when you refinance people.

The agents were very quick to respond to questions and concerns. They constantly kept me up to date on the progress of my loan application. When I did have questions they gave me upfront and intelligent answers. If they couldn’t answer a question, another member contacted me and addressed my concerns and questions 👍👍

Questions were always answered in a friendly and professional manner. We closed escrow on the exact date quoted to me at the beginning of the process. Very satisfied with this experience.

Paperwork was sent to my title company at the very last second meaning the notary didn’t get the paperwork on time for our closing. I couldn’t speak with the people who were actually emailing me for documents and false liens were reported on my information. I didn’t have a great experience.

Lack of communication Did not meet deadline Emails and calls not responded properly and in a timely manner All details not communicated properly Our loan officer did not answer our questions in a timely manner Our monthly mortgage payment that was supposed to be skipped was not skipped and we were charged for the month of June.

We we walked through every step from beginning to closing. I had one problem where I had trouble accessing a document. I called and someone was able to email me the document to me to print, sign and upload. Closing was a cinch!
