Very easy and fast
Everything went very smoothly, especially considering we were in the middle of the pandemic!
I was told what to expect very well.
Its not pennymac"s fault. . The covid thing really screwed things up. There were times I called and waited for ever and when I would get through it they would transfer me and 1/2 the time it disconnected me and then id have the choice to call and what or say screw it. Again there is no way pennymac could have anticipated the covid issue and overall pennymac did a nice job considering. The individual's that handled my loan and communicated with me did a great job

I took off work for a scheduled notary. I was informed, 20 minutes AFTER the notary was supposed to show up, that a document was still missing. The document was provided, a notary was rescheduled, and the rest smoothly. Overall, it was a great experience, aside from that.
