No real direct contact with any one person. You start the process with one person then told you have to talk to someone else who has been assigned to your loan. Every time you call, you ask to speak to your agent and hardly ever available. Should be when you start a loan process that the person you start with should be the contact throughout the process. Not a multiple group of person’s contacting you. This is confusing from a customer standpoint.

Communication. Simple. We had the worst communication ever. Wouldnt return our calls, or emails. Everytime we'd call the processor she was never there or on the other line. It wasnt until we were homeless that she actually started to communicate with us. It was absolutely terrible

The constant new people to work with and the ones We talk with and we asked to call back did not call or just left a text NOT answering to call us to answer the questions. The closer was very helpful but other then that there was little help and multiple requests to send in the paper work which they had already. Poor professional and business like working with us. If it was not for the low Rates, we would have chosen another mortgage company.

The closing took avery long time about 3 months for arate and term refinance, its ridiculous. The day of our closing the notary was 3 hours late because her alarm did not go off. No apologies from her. It was a terrible day.
