Communication. Simple. We had the worst communication ever. Wouldnt return our calls, or emails. Everytime we'd call the processor she was never there or on the other line. It wasnt until we were homeless that she actually started to communicate with us. It was absolutely terrible

Covid 19 plus low interest rates were the reasons given in addition to Anna Eng not being available for quite a few days caused lack of phone calls/email returns. We were asked for the same documents from our bank which they facilitated. Our realtor never spoke with our loan officer even though he made attempts. Because of the vast busyness, one in three calls were answered. Wait time often was an hour.

Everything was great until our closing date was cancelled the night before And we were not notified, so we were waiting for the notary to show up and called her and she told us PennyMac cancelled. After working with the PennyMac team, they got us rescheduled quickly and followed up to make sure we closed successfully. Thank you.

Made it very easy
