The Group that I worked with at Penny mac were amazing! I would use them again in a second. The title company that they used was subpar at best, almost equal to a clown show. I would consider looking into other options.

The application process was super easy. I was able to get the application processed in one day. There were a few modifications after my initial application and they were handled swiftly. All appointments were scheduled fast and the vendors were friendly.
The process was pretty hassle free through it's entirety. The only issue I had was trying to communicate with my loan officer(s). It was very difficult to get my assigned officers on the phone. I understand the Pennymac is a large company. However, a handful of times I was helped by someone who was not directly involved with my loan at the beginning. That was fine, however, I would have like to have a more direct communication with the person who had been helping my originally.
