It was a lengthy closure but worth all the time. I was kelp informed on a weekly basic about the process, and when all was said and done . I was quite satisfied. Very have i was able to stay with the same mortgage company. .. Thank you Brian and PennyMac

This isour second home financed through PennyMac. In spite of my hearing impairment, Sandra held in there and we closed exactly on time. My'esha Allen did NOT return many phone calls I left about questions I had, she even said that my Real Estate taxes were wrong when I questioned her on it. It was never corrected. She made it very unpleasant and she was unprofessional at her job.

This experience was not as good as our original loan. I called with questions and they were going to have her call me back . She never did . I think communication could have better . I expected her to call and check to see if we had question , who have been nice for a call to remind us of the closing . She was very pleasant , just no communication ,after approval .
