Aida Garcia and her work was GREAT. We started the process prior to Aida and was given misleading information regarding monies. Its all in your notes. Dont really want to revisit them. Thank You. Aida was GREAT with what she was given to do for us.

We refi'ed-Pennymac was my lender already so it should be super quick & easy - NOT - it took 7 weeks to close on a refi AND my loan disbursement was DELAYED and nobody told me there were issues! My title was not put through the title co I chose until it was late - emails if returned were not for 2 & 3 days after I emailed - calls not returned for days - never heard back for last 2 weeks from my assigned person, never had answers on questions or ETA - terrible service- no Pennymac Promise here!
