I got help when my Experian credit check was very difficult to access to remove the credit freeze. They were very patient with me when it took extra time to send documents.

The second time i went through the loan process it went very well. Everything was communicated well and the closing was earlier than i expected and cheaper. The first time however was a nightmare. I was asked for all manner of documents that did not make sense to me. I called the loan officer at least a half a dozen times with no answer, left a voicemail to no response, and emailed him to also no response. Then was denied the refinance with no warning.

in short, it was a fiasco from beginning to end but they only allow 500 characters so I won't go into detail. Very poor service. Wrong information on closing documents and BLANK documents they wanted us to sign. Unnecessary costs incurred (2 appraisals). Resending of documents and HR employment verifications again and again and again that they claimed to not get but then verified they did in fact have them all.....and that's the short version.

Cheree was awesome. She called weekly with updates and was very helpful in getting a few little problems taken care. Great experience
