It was difficult to work with a "team" rather than only communicating with one person throughout the process. I was given incorrect information a few times by other member's of Lana's team that caused me unnecessary stress. Working directly with Lana would have made things much more smoother and less confusing. Lana was great to work with and took care of situations that others on her team had made. Again, working with Lana was great and she was easy to work with.
