The entire process was fairly smooth. All staff from my Loan Officer to the processing agent was very responsive and answered my questions and concerns in a timely manner. There was some confusion with requested documents.. but once clarified, everything went smoothly. All staff were very helpful and professional, considering the Working situation due to COVID19. THANK YOU.

The communication from Abdul Saleh and Carlton was on point. The only thing I found annoying was Pennymac were continuing to contact me about my payment without realizing I was in the middle of a refinance.

Having to work with PennyMac representatives under COVID-19 conditions hampered effective communications; it was apparent that certain parties were not communicating resulting in the execution of two closings - almost 1-month apart. All matters were eventually resolved, notwithstanding the added stress to an already complex loan process.
