Everyone devoted their time to accomplish the completion of the loan. Everyone was very friendly and they knew what to do.
When I could reach Richard, he was clear and pleasant. When I spoke to others that were helping the process, they also seemed pleasant, capable dedicated.
If there was an 12 rating I would give it to her and I think she deserves a pay bump as she was awesome and friendly answers all my question very fast
The entire team was great - even though Sarah only picked up toward the end of the process she was also wonderful to work with and was very available to help me with anything and everything that I needed. Thank you!
Due to the COVID-19 emergency, closing was delayed, through no fault of Pennymac. Linda demonstrated professionalism throughout the prolonged process, keeping me updated, including on a weekend. I hope I get to work with her again on my next refi.

Sarah Guevara was fantastic in servicing my loan. She maintained great communication throughout the process and was able to effectively answer all my questions. She provided accurate information and helped guide me through the closing process which put my mind at ease. She took the time to actually listen to my questions and her answers were appropriate to my question. It was a great pleasure working with her.
