The loan seller assured that our loan would be completed within the time frame requested and offered us a great rate. We asked almost everyday if any docs were needed and kept getting a no. Close to closing time, multiple docs were needed that we could have gotten sooner. When we got our initial closing docs, multiple items were incorrect. We did not get our final closing docs until a day before closing, with fees that were not discussed and our closing was a day late so more fees were added.

It took weeks to get a rate lock and get the whole process started. Once the process was out of underwriting - your staff was amazing and almost closed on time!

The loan officer / m.a.c. Team was amazing and very knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Recommend flagging refinance accounts so that the Collection office does not call saying your loan payment is delinquent. Then asking if we are having problems paying our mortgage payment. By annotating/flagging refinanced accounts will prevent these calls. This was a painless process. Thank you!

Staff was friendly and answered questions immediately. At times hard to get a hold of someone and got calls dropped during transfers. Overall, experience was great.

My overall experience was very good and I had no misgivings about the process. The communication was good, all my questions were answered. No surprises, the paperwork was in order and I had no difficulty understanding it. Any questions were answered to my satisfaction. This was an easy and painless process. I’m glad that I decided to contact PennyMac and go forward with my refinance. Thank you for a professional staff that was easy to work with.
