Communication through the loan process was great. The closing was quick.
Many aspects of the refi process were impacted due to the pandemic. Some of those things were out of your control but I feel the process in a whole should have went a little quicker. Also the financial portion of the refi process is way over priced.
Easy process during lockdown. Saved me money monthly. Got back to me in reasonable amount of time even though we were on opposite sides of the country
From the instant I posed the efficacy of refinancing with PennyMac people, all my questions were answered in a manner I clearly understood. The process was lightning quick and most pleasant.
Loan Officer and Loan Processor were both extremely knowledgeable and assisted us throughout the entire process. All of our questions and concerns were thoroughly and accurately explained. Additionally, I must say that despite the COVID-19 pandemic our home refinance process was a slam dunk. Our interest rate was reduced from 4.3 % to 2.8%. PennyMac is the best.
I truly appreciate the professional and customer focused service I have received from PennyMac Loan Services, LLC. I spoke with Michael Ammari to initiate the refi process. I found Michael to be highly knowledgeable, professional, personable and proficient. I was then referred to Charles Matlock, whom I found to be equally professional, knowledgeable and proficient. My refi process was quick, detailed and productive. I highly recommend PennyMac Loan Services, LLC for your mortgage needs.
Mr Lusk was very unprofessional at times. When he answered the phone he did not state his name. I had to consistently call him to get answers. I must say if it wasn't for the other representatives that helped me I was so close to withdrawing my loan with PennyMac. The other representatives were a much greater help then he was. I got answers from them more than I did from him. He would put me on long hold times on the phone, but when I called the other representatives would access my records.
Everything went smooth, Service was Great! Thank You!
