Tracy and Steven were so helpful and so personable! Questions I had were answered professionally and in a timely manner. It was a smooth process, with no surprises.
From the first time I called I received excellent service Phillip Zayas walked me thru the process and helped me step by step to do everything I needed to get to the next step,it was amazingly easy and I felt completely supported. Phillip then sent me to the next step which was Mr. Buchanan and that process was just as easy, as well with lots of support and caring. These two are extraordinary individuals whom represent the Penny Mac Team extremely caring individuals who know their work .
A little bit of phone tag to get question answered and there were some minor errors on closing documents, but nothing that caused delays to the process. Great job in a busy time!

Kami made it the worst experience ever. She never contacted me. I left messages emails and talked to peers. Never a response. She missed the closing date dead line. She avoided us. After speaking with a manager she still avoided us. I almost decided to go with another firm because of kami Weber. If it wasnt for max I would have left.
